The Context
When GIZ and the Ghanaian-European Centre (GEC) came together to host the Ghana Career and Migration Fair 2024, they envisioned more than just an event — they wanted a national platform where Ghanaian youth could access credible career pathways and safe migration opportunities abroad.
The initiative included a Launch & Logo Unveil Event in August to generate buzz, leading up to a dynamic 3-day fair in September at the Golden Bean Hotel, Kumasi — bringing together thousands of job seekers, recruiters, migration experts, and institutional partners.
PrimeReach Marketing Solutions, the lead agency, entrusted TYNCAD LTD. as their creative engine for everything visual, motion, and storytelling — from the first teaser post to the last thank-you graphic and beyond.
The Challenge
Two Events, One Big Vision: Craft a unified visual identity that seamlessly connected the August Launch Event to the September Fair — building anticipation and consistency across every touchpoint.
Full-Suite Creative Execution: Design and deliver all branding assets for digital and print, including teaser campaigns, social media posts, large-scale stage backdrops, directional signage, event programs, and highlight videos.
Real-Time, On-Ground Support: Have our team physically present for all three days in Kumasi, providing live design edits and production support — ensuring last-minute sponsor or layout changes didn’t disrupt the event flow.
Authentic Storytelling: Produce a Success Story Documentary video from scratch — concept, filming, editing — capturing how the fair tangibly impacts lives, including:
- The inspiring story of an eServices Africa employee who landed his job through the previous year’s fair.
- The perspective of an eServices Africa Recruitment Specialist, showcasing the fair’s real impact on local hiring.

Our production team and PrimeReach Marketing Solutions planned, filmed, and edited a mini-documentary that brought real success to life — capturing heartfelt interviews, workplace footage, and the authentic journey of a beneficiary from eServices Africa, plus insights from their Recruitment Specialist.
